In this enchanting space, your family will have a private visit with Santa, who, with his twinkling eyes, knows something special about each child.
They'll receive age-appropriate gifts and capture the moment with a professional photographer.
To make the experience even more memorable, each family will receive an official invitation from Santa by post, creating a tangible link to the magic of Christmas.

What is included in the ticket?Experience the magic in full as detailed on our website, complete with a special gift suitable for the young ones. Adults only pay for accompanying children, and everyone in your booking, adults, and kids alike, gets unlimited access to the Entertainment and Market zones on your booked day. Child tickets cover ages 1 to 12, but you're welcome to grab one for older kids, guaranteeing a delightful surprise from Santa! Our thoughtful elf artisans curate age-specific gifts for children in each category: 1-4, 5-7, 8-10, and 10+. Join us for a day of enchantment!
