Terms and Conditions

• Everyone entering WinterFest (Santa experience zone) must have a pre-purchased ticket for the correct time slot; entry will only be permitted at the time given on your ticket. There will be no tickets on sale at the door.

• We expect the full experience to last approximately one hour. After or before your booked time, you’ll get unlimited access to the Entertainment and Market zones for the whole day.

• All bookings must include at least one Adult ticket. Children must be supervised when visiting ChristmasTown. Our tickets are sold on the following basis:

  • Children up to 13 months (Baby)

  • From 13 months to 12 years (Child)

  • From 12 years, Adults or Carers (Adult)

• If you would like your older child to receive a Santa gift, please pay the child rate of €25 when booking to avoid disappointment.

• Tickets are non-refundable. Date changes will be facilitated where possible, subject to availability but not later than 3 days before your visit.

• We will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to personal belongings while you are visiting any WinterFest activities. 

• No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.

• Please be aware that we take photos and make video recordings during the experience. We sometimes use certain images for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded or filmed, please make this known to staff at the location upon arrival.
